Opinion of The Black Prism (Brent Weeks): Entertaining begining of a series of fantastic books. Magic, colour magic, politics, pirates, war, magic dagger, unknown Father, attacked village, assassins, losing magic, magic boy, complicated family, unknown powers.. . It is worth buying.
Guile is the Prism, the most powerful man in the world. He is high priest and emperor, a man whose power, wit, and charm are all that preserves a tenuous peace.
